Payments
Payments are processed via PayPal. You will receive confirmation via email after your order is processed through PayPal.
Shipping (free)
Some items ship from the United States via DHL , FedEx, USPS or UPS. Some items ship from outside of the United States via DHL Express. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing. Please allow 5-7 days for imported orders to clear customs. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. However, if the merchandise is defective, please email sales@eyeofessence.com with pictures of the defective merchandise and we will work to resolve the issue.
Custom Orders
Custom orders begin with a quote, approval and payment before the order is processed. Custom orders are nonrefundable. Custom orders are nonreturnable. Please use the contact form on the contact page or email sales@eyeofessence.com for inquiries on custom orders.
