Eye of Essence is currently featuring #NEVERSETTLE designs. Janell Essence, Eye of Essence Owner/Designer was sitting in silence meditating and reflecting on her life.
Janell thought about her nonprofit Women Igniting Movement and the wonderful women that she connected with over the years. Women Igniting Movement began in 2006 and is dedicated to providing all women with the resources needed to realize their God-given gifts and talents while challenging each woman to strengthen her fellow sister until her promised destiny is manifested. Hey Sis! You are WORTHY, You are GORGEOUS, You DESERVE the BEST. #NEVERSETTLE
This is when the #NEVERSETTLE line was birthed. Janell wanted to create gifts for amazing people who have been hurt, verbally abused, mentally exhausted, and even physically abused. She wanted these gifts to serve as a reminder to the recipient of their WORTH, their BEAUTY, and that they are so DESERVING of the BEST. Janell wants them to #NEVERSETTLE in love, life, career, dreams, goals, and thoughts.
Janell’s Reward
One year, Janell’s older sister wrote in her yearbook, “Never settle for less than the best.” Janell never forgot that and to date always thinks about that message in her yearbook when she sets goals and is on the path to achieving those goals.
When a father purchases a cosmetic bag for his daughter away at school that says, “You DESERVE the BEST” it warms Janell’s heart. It is so special for a daughter to hear that from her daddy.
When a husband purchases a notebook for his wife that reads, “You DESERVE the BEST” it brings tears to the eye. For a husband to remind his wife that still, even after marriage, You DESERVE the BEST is beautiful.
When a mother gifts her daughter or son with a notebook or backpack to remind them to #NEVERSETTLE is edifying and is going from strength to strength. Building others is the reward.
